Loft Life Room Conversions offer a professional design service, totally free of charge. We suggest alternative designs or take your ideas, and develop them into workable solutions ensuring that the concept conforms to the latest building regulations.
In House Specialists
Unlike many companies and local builders who have to subcontract out their drawings, our Drawing Office consists of a full time surveyor and one other full time draughtsman. These people are dedicated to the task of translating the Designers sketch into a detailed working drawing.
Structural Calculations
We have our own engineer at the Loft Life Office who takes great care in designing the structure of your loft. Not just to get the best space and headroom, but also creating a safe structure which will last the test of time. All Loft Life structural calculations are produced with the aid of the latest in computer software technology, in line with all local authority specifications – giving us the edge when it comes to speed and accuracy.
Carpentry Craftsmen
All our teams of loft converters are highly skilled craftsmen, non sub – contracted labour, each being selected by Loft Life not just for their fine skills but also their ability to blend in with the family atmosphere. This is reflected by their respect to our Clients home whilst the loft is under construction.
Site Inspections
Our own inspector visits your home during construction in order to ensure the local authority building control officer inspects and approves each critical stage. We will arrange a final inspection that will result in you gaining full building control approval and completion certificate.
Costing
Unlike many builders there are no hidden extra charges for a Loft Life conversion. Whatever final costs you agree with our designer is what we are committed to.

We build our lofts so well that we are prepared to guarantee them for a full ten years. As a member of the National Register of Warranty Builders we are able to offer you insurance backed underwritten guarantees scheme, which falls into line with our terms and conditions.
